My sister Alex is here visiting in Jersey for Christmas so it seemed like a great opportunity to take some pictures of her being that I only see her once a year. I had a really keen blue light hitting her from above mimicking the blue laptop screen but Alex preferred the look of the simple shots. This one’s my favorite since it seemed to contain both her serenity and intensiveness of keeping several irc chats at once. Apparently I’m also helping out big sis by buying her a new laptop; enabling more KDE development and code testing.
The studio’s update is done! My paper cyc wall is done and is a vast difference to my muslim sheets. It’s just great since customers have more background options and I find the plain white paper easier to work with as well.
Totally off topic but I’m fed up with Winamp. Isn’t the point of multiple interfaces being open supposed to make changing and creating playlists easy by drag and drop between the Winamp windows?
Details:
Canon 40D with 17-55IS at 51mm 1/250 @ f5.0 iso 200. One AB800 at 1/4 with Umbrella up left high and feathering her face, one AB800 at 1/4 pointing down for fill, plus a DF400 at 1/1 and snooted up 10 feet aimed straight at her from the foot of the sofa for effect/more fill.
Well, I browsed the WordPress themes and decided to try this one. Going to replace the banner graphic and maybe a couple small tweaks to text formatting.
New computer parts arriving this week but that shouldn’t set back adding my base portfolio by much.
